Participate as organization

For companies

ArubaDOET is the perfect chance to show that your organization contributes to a better and more liveable Aruba. Together with your colleagues, you take on a meaningful and fun task. It’s an inspiring alternative to teambuilding or a company outing: you get to know each other in a new way, gain energy, and develop new skills. Your company can do even more! For example, by offering materials, services, or food and drinks for free or at a discount. Think of paint, wood, or sandwiches for lunch. You can also use your network to give extra visibility to a project. This way, your company shows it is truly part of the community.

For schools

Schools are also warmly invited to join ArubaDOET. Take part with a class or even the whole school in a local project. Students discover how rewarding it is to do something for others. This could be anything: organizing a games afternoon in a care home, fixing up a playground, or helping with a community project. For young people, ArubaDOET becomes a valuable and unforgettable experience.

So, are you ready to make a difference? Join [island name] DOET in 2026!

How does it work?

From the end of December, you’ll find dozens of projects under “project overview” on the website. Choose one and contact the organization directly to make arrangements together. Got your own idea? Get in touch with the ArubaDOET team. Maybe you’d like to help a care facility, sports club, or organization that you or your colleagues already know.

Note: only the organization where the project takes place can officially register it
and be eligible for a financial contribution.

You can also help without doing a project yourself

You don’t have to join a hands-on activity. You can also contribute with materials, resources, or expertise. For example:

  • A bus company providing transport.
  • A bakery donating sandwiches.
  • A supermarket sponsoring a picnic basket.
  • A designer creating posters.
  • A restaurant offering a venue.

In short: there are countless ways to make ArubaDOET a success. Join in, show your commitment, and help build a stronger, more caring Aruba!
