EARLY DOETI
We wish to clear the surrounding area and open up beneath the trees so that we can utilize the shade they provide. There are additional tasks at hand: we need to clear away all the weeds and cacti, allowing children to roam around freely.

If we manage to find a handyman, we have the budget to buy the needed materials to repair a couple of things in our building. The repairs needed include:
- Installing tiles in our kitchen
- Repairing a bathroom door
- Repairing the water pipes outside
- Filling some holes with cement
- Cutting the grass from the garden
